Stillwater, NY - Aaron M. Mastropietro, 18, passed away suddenly on Monday, Oct. 27, 2014. Born in Troy, NY on June 5, 1996, he was the son of Shawn and Cindy Mastropietro. Aaron graduated class of 2014 from Stillwater Central High School and was currently a student of Hudson Valley Community College. Aaron loved playing sports and spending time with his friends and family. He will be remembered for his bright and constant smile and the humor he brought to all of the lives he touched. Survivors in addition to his parents include his brother Nathan Mastropietro of Stillwater, maternal grandparents Roger and Kathy Bullis of Mechanicville, paternal grandparents Carmine and Paula Mastropietro of Mechanicville, two great grandmothers Nellie Bullis and Theresa Mastropietro and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives and friends may call from 4 to 8pm Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014 at The Chase - Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Ave., Mechanicville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at11am Friday, Oct. 31, 2014 at All Saints-on-the-Hudson (South Church) 121 North Main St., Mechanicville. Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Paul's Cemetery, Mechanicville. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Aaron's honor to a charity of one's choice.
