Saratoga Springs, NY - Agnes L. Brackett of Kirby Rd. passes away Sunday, Aug. 21, 2011 at Albany Medical Center with her loving family at her side. She was 75. Born on March 18, 1936 in Saratoga Springs, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Agnes (Garnsey) Brooks. Agnes worked over 30 years at Cudney's. She loved people and enjoyed greeting them while at work. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by one son, Duane Brackett; two brothers, Joseph and Charles Brooks and two sisters, Jo-Ann Clark and Helen Bishop. Survivors include her children, Debbie Huskie of Saratoga Springs, Sally Pagan of Gansevoort, Darlene (Mark) Knowles of Saratoga Springs, Robert (Karen) Brackett of Gansevoort and Terry Chouinard of Wilton; three brothers, Robert, James and David Brooks all of Saratoga Springs; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. There will be no public calling hours. Relatives and friends may attend the graveside service at 2pm Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011 at Maplewood Cemetery.
