Corinth, NY - Alvin Joseph Lieberman passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2009, at the Glens Falls Hospital following a long illness. He was 69. Born on December 27, 1939 in the Bronx, he was the son of the late Jack Lieberman. He is survived by his mother Sarah (Bonnett) Lieberman of the Bronx. Alvin attended the Adirondack day program for many years before retiring. He lived at the Corinth IRA since 1987. He loved watching TV, listening to music, people watching and the outdoors. Alvin will be missed by his staff and housemates, who are relieved that he is no longer suffering. Graveside services took place at the Temple Beth El Cemetery in Moreau on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 2pm. There will be a gathering at the Corinth IRA on Monday, April 6, 2009 to celebrate Alvin's life. Alvin's friends and family would like to thank his staff for all of the care and kindness shown to him over the years. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J.
