Saratoga Springs - Angeline J. (D'Agostino) O'Rourke, 89, a native of Saratoga Springs, passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, August 22, 2017 at home. Her devotion to her family and friends and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.

Born on March 12, 1928, she was the eldest daughter of the late Giuseppe and Jean (Levo) D'Agostino. She is also predeceased by her husband of 38 years William O'Rourke, her brother Philip D'Agostino, her sister Mary Spensieri and niece Robbie Spensieri. In addition to her immediate family, she is predeceased by sister-in-law Frances and brother-in law Michael Harrison.

Angie graduated from Saratoga Springs High School and worked as a bank teller for Adirondack Trust Company for over 40 years. A place she admirably called her second home and family. Angie enjoyed giving of her time and the social aspect to many organizations including the Ladies of Charity (as treasurer), Catholic Daughters of the Americas and volunteered at Saratoga Hospital. She was a devout Catholic and communicant of St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by her sister's-in-law Alice D'Agostino, Sister Roberta O'Rourke, CSJ and her brother-in-law Frank Spensieri. Aunt Angie was adored by her many nieces, nephews, their spouses and their children. She considered them her loving children.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30am Tuesday in St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Avenue, by Rev. Robert Harrison, C.Ss.R. and burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery. The CD of A and Ladies of Charity will assemble at 11:30 Tuesday in St. Clements's Church and serve as an honorary escort.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern NY (4 Pine West Plaza #405, Albany, NY 12205), St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church, Saratoga Vicariate Ladies of Charity (142 Regent St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866), or The Community Hospice of Saratoga County (179 Lawrence St, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866).
