Wilton, NY - Anna Rita (Corsale) Lindau of Loughberry Mobil Home Park entered into the arms of the Lord peacefully at her home on Friday, March 2, 2012. Daughter of the late Joseph N. Corsale Sr. and Angela Marcantonio Corsale, she was born in Glens Falls, NY on April 12, 1926. Anna grew up in Saratoga Springs and was a 1945 graduate of Saratoga Springs High School. She worked as an operator for the New York Telephone Company and was also a substitute teacher at Skidmore Day Care Center, but her happiest moments were as a homemaker raising her two children. Anna had a beautiful voice and was a communicant of St. Clements Church, where she was a member of the Resurrection Choir. She was also a member of Catholic Daughters of America, YMCA, Saratoga Womens Golf League, Sweet Adelines and the Home Made Theatre where she played the part of Sara the maid in the production of The Man Who Came To Dinner. In addition to her parents, Anna was predeceased by a son, Eric Peter Lindau and her brothers Francis E. Corsale and Dennis J. Corsale. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, Eric G. Lindau; a daughter, Diane G. Lindau, of Greenfield Center; her grandson, Nicholas C. Michetti and his wife, Elizabeth, of Malta; two brothers, Eugene J. Corsale (Barbara) and Joseph N. Corsale, Jr. (Barbara) both of Saratoga Springs; sister-in-laws, Nancy Corsale and Marie B. Corsale, of Saratoga Springs; brother-in-law Richard H. Lindau (Jackie) of Florida and several cousins, nieces and nephews. There will be no public calling hours and services will be held at the convenience of the family. Private burial will be in St. Peters Cemetery, Saratoga Springs. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Annas name to the American Heart Association, 440 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205.
