Okeechobee, FL Anne Marie Arpei passed away peacefully at home Friday, January 13, 2012. She was 48. Born on Aug. 16, 1963 in Saratoga Springs, she was the daughter of Malcolm and Virginia Kenyon Arpei. Anne was a graduate of Saratoga Springs High School and went on to earn a business degree from Kerr Business College in Florida. She became a licensed CNA in Florida and worked in a nursing home. Anne is an Army veteran having traveled all over the United States as well as Europe, Denmark and Spain. While serving in the Army she received numerous awards. Anne loved sports and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. She loved the outdoors including fishing, any outdoor sports and especially having fun with her nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Keith Eberhard; her sisters, Dianna (Jeff) Narbon of Middle Grove, Susan Arpei of Wilton, Lisa Arpei-Furraro of Pasadena, MD; her brothers, Peter (Bonnie) Arpei of Middle Grove , Malcolm(Sherrie) Arpei, Jr. of Saratoga Springs, beloved Goddaughter Nichole Arpei and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call from 6 to 8pm Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway (584-5373). Funeral services will be at 9:30am Friday, Jan. 27, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Duell Rd., Schuylerville.
