Ballston Spa, New York - Anthony "Tony" Perri, Sr. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 surrounded by his family.

Tony was born on February 25, 1943 in the Bronx, the son of the late Alexander and Anna Perri. He was beloved by everyone who knew him. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves and had a long fulfilling career as a butcher. In high school, Tony met the love of his life Madeline, and together they created a wonderful life in Ronkonkoma, NY before moving to Ballston Spa, NY. He was the heart of the family and will be deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, Tony is predeceased by his siblings Pasquale Perri and Rosemarie Perri and his son Tony Perri Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Madeline Perri; daughters Donna Giacomaro (Anthony) and ToniAnn Reid; his grandchildren Victoria Whittredge (Zachery), Danielle Reid (Santos Miletes), Austin Reid and Andrea Giacomaro; his great grandchildren Mason and Ryan Whittredge and his sister Debbie Urzo (Dennis).

Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Friday, January 11, 2019 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (518-584-5373).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Saturday, January 12, 2019 at St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Ave, Saratoga Springs.

Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Peter's Cemetery, West Ave.
