Saratoga Springs, NY - Antoinette Martin passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011 at the Wesley Health Care Center, Lawrence Street. She was 97. Born on Feb. 27, 1914 in Schenectady, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Theresa Serranio Tariello (Terry) and resided in Saratoga Springs since 1952. A communicant of St. Clement's Church, she was a former member of Court McLaughlin #422 Catholic Daughters of the Americas. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Anthony Martin, who died on May 17, 1988; one son, Frank Martin, who died Nov. 1, 1979; four brothers, Frank, Michael, John and Joseph Terry and two sisters, Mary Nacco and Lavina Corrigan. Survivors include her son, Randy (and his wife, Alice) Martin of Saratoga Springs; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; one brother, Gerald (Jerry) Terry and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call from 9 to 10:30am Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing and Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway (584-5373). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Tuesday in St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Avenue. Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Peter's Cemetery, West Avenue.
