Obituary
Saratoga Springs, NY - Barbara Peets Corp of Railroad Place, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 at her residence.
Born on Feb. 27, 1932 in Saratoga Springs, she is a daughter of the late M. Sheldon and Thelma Riley Peets. Barbara worked as a supervisor for the NY Telephone Co. for several years and then was employed at General Electric in Waterford until her retirement.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Donald G. Corp, an infant son, Jeffrey and her sister, Helen Petro.
Survivors include her son, Donald S. Corp (Kathy) of Maltaville, NY; her sisters, Veronica Spillane and Karen Kuehn (George) of Saratoga Springs; her granddaughters, Brittany Corp and Brianna Hall (Dan); one great-grandson, Cameron Corp; her special nephew, Gary Kuehn and his sons, Hunter and Harrison Kuehn.
Barbara was lovingly cared for by her nurse and very special friend, Colleen Mattison.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Friday (June 2) in the historic Church of St. Peter, 241 Broadway, by the Rev. Thomas H. Chevalier, pastor. Burial will follow in Dunning Street Cemetery, Malta.
