Ballston Spa - Barbara J. Hannon, 70, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning (Aug. 26, 208) after a short illness. Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Stephanie Feig (Michalczuk). She was always busy, raising four children and active in both her children's and husband's interests and career. An avid reader and crossword puzzle fan, she spent many happy times traveling with her husband and spending time with her large, extended family. She had also worked outside the home for many years with the phone company. Survivors include her husband, Charles F. Hannon of Ballston Spa; her children, Stephanie Hannon of Wells, NY, Ellen Coker of Lutz, FL, Maureen Colon (Larry) of Tampa, FL and Patrick Hannon of Raiford, FL; her five wonderful grandchildren, Danielle Barton (Jason) of Wells, NY, Anissa Hannon of Worcester, MA, Tressa Thompson, David Thompson III and Nicholas "Charlie" Thompson, all of Tampa, FL; two great-grandchildren, Marissa and Charles Barton and many cousins. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements were conducted under the direction of the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes of 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY (584-5373).
