Saratoga Springs, NY - Bessie M. Robinson of Granite Street, passed away Monday (July 13, 2009) at her residence. She was 78. Born on Sept. 30, 1930 in Galway, NY, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Beatrice (Severance) Brownell. She had worked as an aide and unit secretary at Saratoga Hospital for over 25 years and had also been employed by International Paper, VanRaalte and at the Cramer House. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by three sisters and two brothers. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Arthur T. Robinson; her children, Sharon Robinson of Amsterdam, Gail (Thomas) Rielly and Thomas Robinson of Saratoga Springs; one sister, Linda Munger of Lake Desolation; four grandchildren, Thomas Rielly, Cheryl Galarneau, Lisa Meetze and Kristina Delbridge; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
