Gansevoort, NY - Constance L. Quinlan passed away on September 10, 2011 at Saratoga Hospital with her loving family at her side. She was 68. Constance was born January 30, 1943 in Queens, NY and was daughter of the late Timothy D. Keating and Gertrude A. (Dietz) Keating. She graduated from Hauppague High School in 1960 and then went on to get her degree in accounting from FMCC. Constance graduated May 1978 Phi Theta Kappa. She worked as a Commissary Supervisor at several New York State Correctional facilities including, Marcy Correctional Facility, Green Haven Correctional Facility and Green Meadows Correctional Facility. Constance is survived by her children, Laura Tingler and husband Fred of Murrieta California, Michael Giammatteo and his significant other Laura Rock of Hudson Falls and Susan Rhoades and husband William of Gansevoort; brother Kenneth Keating; sister Virginia DeCapria; her grandchildren Heather, Rachel and Jessica Tingler, Josie Giammatteo, Casey and Ryan Rhoades and various nieces and nephews. A private celebration of Constances life will be held at Lake Piseco, New York. The family requests that in lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Saratoga Hospital Foundation, 211 Church St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 in Constances name Arrangements are under the direction of the William J.
