Katy, TX - Cristina O'Toole Oudekerk, age 39, passed away unexpectedly while travelling overseas on business on May 27, 2012. Crissy was born December 19, 1972 in Norwalk, Ct. to Dr. James and Patricia Boyle O'Toole. She was raised in Ridgefield, CT where she attended Ridgefield High School, serving as President of the Student Council. She spent a year in Charleroi, Belgium with AFS. Crissy is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in International business, and enjoyed a semester at the Sorbonne. After graduation, she spent several years at Reuters in Stamford, CT. Crissy was united in marriage to Mark Oudekerk. They fell in love in Saratoga Springs where they were married on September, 25, 2005. They lived in Parker, Co. for six years where she worked for McGraw-Hill. Crissy and her family were currently living in Katy, TX where she worked for Platts, a division of McGraw-Hill. Crissy lived her life with a passionate dedication to the teachings of Jesus Christ. She served as the high school girls coordinator for Southeast Christian Church in Parker, Co. She spoke fluent French and in her free time enjoyed spending time in the sun with her family. Crissy is survived by her husband and her beloved children Ella, Max and Lily; her parents and siblings, Jim, Katie, Molly and Ted; her sister-in- law, Kera Rexroad and her mother and father-in-law, Nancy and Bruce Oudekerk; her treasured nieces and nephews, aunts, cousins and many friends. A celebration of Crissy's life will take place at 11am Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the New Life Fellowship, 51 Old Gick Rd., Saratoga Springs, NY.
