Gansevoort, NY - David R. Brady of Gansevoort went with the angels into heaven on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at Massachusetts General Hospital with his wife and family by his side. He was 62. Born April 17, 1948 in Glens Falls, he was the son of Leroy Brady Sr., and the late Margaret (Marcellus) Brady. He married Eunice Wood on July 6, 1970 in Corinth. David worked at several car dealerships in the area and he worked at Steven Thompson Paper Company for many years. He enjoyed camping, bowling, having coffee with his friends and spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife of 40 years, Eunice and his father, Leroy, Sr., he is survived by two children; Adam Brady and wife Melissa and Aaron Brady and wife Fawn both of Gansevoort, two brothers; Leroy Brady, Jr. and wife Peg of South Glens Falls and Dennis Brady and wife Debbie of Porter Corners, two sisters; Sherry Boardway and husband Lloyd of Porter Corners and Shirley Loomis and husband Doug of Pennsylvania and three grandsons; Eric Brady, Christian Brady and Dakota Brady, one granddaugther; Brianna Brady and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes with Pastor Tim Delello of the Victory Bible Baptist Church of Porter Corners, officiating. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at Saratoga Hospital. A very special thanks to Dr. Donald R. Morere, Jr., MD and Dr. Rachid Daoui, MD and all the staff at the Rubin Dialysis Center of Saratoga Springs. David will be missed by everyone who knew him and loved him.
