Saratoga Springs - Dennis Sacco, 45, of Saratoga Springs passed away Monday, February 21, 2022 at Saratoga Hospital with his family by his side.

He was born Christmas Day 1976 to Yvette Sacco and David Sacco.  Dennis graduated from Saratoga Springs High School in 1995.  He married Sara Raymond, now Sara Sacco on October 11, 2010.

Dennis was a sous chef in Saratoga Springs, NY and Venice, FL.  He was known by his friends and colleagues as Sacco, which for him was not only a name but a state of being.  Sacco was a happy go lucky spirit in cargo shorts, coming up to greet you with a smile, or if you were lucky, the latest song he had stuck in his head.  He was a passionate animal lover who was always surrounded by dogs.

In addition to his wife, Sara Sacco he is also survived by his mother Yvette Sacco and partner George Weber, his father and Step-mother David and Debbie Sacco, three brothers, David, Dan and Anthony, and his sister Nikki.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022 from 11am to 2pm at The Hideaway Restaurant, 35 Grace Moore Rd, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to ASPCA American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals .
