Porter Corners, NY - Dennis J. Whitman passed away January 10, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was 61. Born on October 12, 1951 in Albany, NY, he was the son of the late John L. and Anna Mae Townsend Whitman. Dennis worked as a supervisor and district manager for the Albany Times Union as later worked in the kitchen at the Kesselring site in West Milton. Survivors include his loving wife, Donna Bogle Whitman; one daughter, Francine Whitman of Syracuse, NY; one step-son, Todd Giles of West Milton; one brother, John L. Whitman of Saratoga Springs; two sisters, Judith Matrazzo and her husband Francis of Saratoga Springs, Susan Sanford and her husband Robert of Tennessee; two grandsons, Matthew Whitehead and Ethan Manzer and several nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. Funeral services and burial will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J.
