Goldsboro, NC- Donna Sue Perry, 69 of Goldsboro, NC entered the gates of heaven on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Donna passed peacefully in her sleep at her mother's home, with family, in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Donna touched many young lives throughout her school career as a teacher.

Her journey began at Saratoga Christian Academy in Saratoga Springs, NY where she taught 4th, 5th and 6th grade. Then her journey continued at Tommy's Road Elementary in North Carolina.

Children that she had the joy of teaching were still calling and visiting throughout the years.

Donna's gift of encouragement impacted many lives.

Survivors include her mother Marilyn Perry; nephew Randy Quackenbush; niece Amy (Ed) Litts; and three wonderful great-nephews: Caleb Quackenbush, Tyler Litts and Tanner Litts.

She was predeceased by her father Wylie Perry.

Donna's thoughtful giving spirit will forever be missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 11am at Gansevoort Cemetery.
