Albany, NY- Earl W. Casner, 84, passed away on March 25, 2022 at the Albany Stratton VA Hospital in Albany, NY in the comforting presence of two daughters, a son and a granddaughter.

Born on May 10, 1937 in Boulder, CO. he was the son of the late, Earl A. and Carol L. (Schmitt) Casner.

He is survived by his wife, Edna (Parker) Casner, of Saratoga Springs; his son, Frederick Casner, of Saratoga Springs; his daughter, Laurelyn Ormsby, of Schuylerville; his son, William Casner, of Hudson Falls; his daughter, Carolyn Casner, of Albany; his son Benjamin Casner, of Ballston Spa; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday April 5, 2022 at 1pm at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY 12871.  Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Burke & Sons/ Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Home, 628 N.
