Malta - Edward J. Crouse, 96, a resident of Saratoga Lake, passed away on March 24, 2025, at Wesley Health Center after a short illness. He was born in Stillwater on October 12, 1928, the son of the late Thomas F. and Louise Crouse, Sr.

Mr. Crouse was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Korea during the Korean War as a Corporal with the 40th Infantry Division. He attended Michigan State University and Rochester Institute of Technology and he retired from Saratoga County Department of Social Services.

In addition to his parents Edward was predeceased by his siblings; Thomas F. (Hattie) Crouse Jr., Frank J. Crouse and Helen E. (Edmund) Staniak. He is survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Per Mr. Crouse's request, there will be no calling hours or funeral services. A private burial with military honors was  held in St. Paul's Cemetery, Mechanicville.
