Saratoga Springs, NY - Elizabeth J. Tomeck formerly of North St. passed away Monday, March 28, 2011 at Wesley Health Care Center. She was 89. Born on June 18, 1921 in Saratoga Springs, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Weil )Lanfear. Elizabeth was married to the late Paul Tomeck, Sr. who passed away in 2008. She enjoyed knitting and sewing. Her most treasured moments were spending time with her children and grandchildren who she loved dearly. In addition to her parents and her husband, she is predeceased by her brother Frank "Bud" Lanfear. Survivors include her children, Ann Marie Tomeck of Clifton Park and Paul (Valerie) Tomeck, Jr. of Gansevoort and her grandchildren, Ashley (Scott) Bryant and Jared Tomeck. Funeral services will be celebrated at 11am at Bethesda Episcopal Church, 41 Washington St. by The Rev. Canon Thomas T. Parke, rector. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, NY.
