Saratoga Springs, NY - Elizabeth K Williams, 92, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. Elizabeth was born on August 4, 1920 in Saratoga Springs to the late John and Katherine Sesselman Krappman. She worked for Schenectady GE for a number of years, eventually retiring from Tarrant Manufacturing in 1972. Elizabeth enjoyed playing cards with friends, knitting and family. She was married to Thomas (Tippy) Williams for 31 years before his passing in 1981. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by three brothers, John, Lawrence and Fred Krappman and two sisters, Margaret Quinn and Cecelia Hughes. Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Thomas J. Williams and his wife Eileen of Flushing Michigan, Robert Williams and his wife Sheri of Saratoga Springs and a daughter, Patricia Chloros and her husband Ted of Milford New Hampshire; eight granddaughters and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves the many loving friends and staff of Maplewood Manor whose care and compassion was and is greatly appreciated. Relatives and friends may call from 9am to 10am Monday, Feb. 4, 2013 at Our Lady's Chapel in St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Ave., Saratoga Springs. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am in the church.
