Saratoga Springs, NY- Ethel May Pregent, 72, of Saratoga Springs, NY passed away at Saratoga Hospital on February 18, 2021 after a long illness.

Ethel was born August 5, 1948 in Saratoga Springs. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Helen Travis.

Ethel was a travel enthusiast. She enjoyed taking trips with her husband Ross. She especially loved Vermont in the fall.

Ethel loved spending time with her family. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren very much.

Ethel's favorite place was Turning Stone. She enjoyed her trips there with her daughters and granddaughter. Bingo was her passion and she loved playing the slots.

Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her loving husband Ross Pregent Sr., brothers; William, Fred, and Robert and sister Mary.

Ethel is survived by her children; Donald Travis of Saratoga, Tina MacWhinnie (Mark) of Porter Corners, Richard Pregent (Sandra) of Belleview FL, Kelly Senecal (Randy) of Saratoga Springs, Ross Pregent, Jr. of Saratoga Springs, siblings; Sally Sanders (Bob) of Beacon Hill, Rose Travis of Saratoga, Richard Travis (Loretta) of Saratoga, Art Travis (Annette) of Greenfield Center and ten beautiful grandchildren, 4 beautiful great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway (518-584-5373).

Graveside services will take place at the family plot in Maplewood Cemetery in the spring.
