Saratoga Springs, NY - Eugene Kenyon Bush passed away at Saratoga Hospital on March 7, 2009. He was 85. Born on Dec. 8,1923 in Corinth, NY, he was the son of the late Charles and Alice (Allen) Bush. Eugene was employed at International Paper in Corinth for 37 years. He also served in the Army during World War II, stationed in New Guinea. Eugene loved bowling , hunting and playing horseshoes. He was also a member of the Wilton Grange. In addition to his parents, Eugene is predeceased by his wife, Jean (Bull) Bush and a sister, Ruth Rooke. Survivors include his daughter Tina (Richard) Duff, his son Timothy (Karen) Bush, daughter Lillian (Danny) Fisher, brother Donald (Patty) all of Saratoga Springs; brother Bob of Florida; grandchildren, Rich Jr. and Ryan Duff, Timothy Bush, Jr. all of Saratoga Springs, Yvonne (Chris) Hamelin of Gansevoort, Jason (April) Bush of Lake Luzerne, Heath Bush of Malta and two great grandchildren, Troy and Hayden Bush also of Lake Luzerne. A graveside service will be conducted in the spring at Maplewood Cemetery.
