Gansevoort, NY - Faith Arden Johnson, 64, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2011 at her home. Faith was born to David and Gladys (Cook) Garrett on September 9, 1946 in Fairfield, Ohio. She married Ronald Johnson on October 3, 1964. They lived together in Hamilton, Ohio before relocating to Gansevoort, NY in 1991. Faith was devoted to God and her family. She was a homemaker and completed her paralegal degree after raising her family. She loved to garden, travel, fish and spend time at the ocean. Faith was a member and volunteer of Northway Church, Malta NY. In addition to her parents David and Gladys and her husband Ronald, Faith is survived by her children, Shannon (Donald) Ingraham of Hannacroix, NY and Brian (Christina Bliss) Johnson of Syracuse, NY; two grandchildren, Garrett Ingraham and Levi Johnson; one sister, Diane (Mel) Ruder; two brothers, Neil (Maureen) Garrett, and Lowell (Marianna) Garrett and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call from 10 to 11am Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (584-5373). Funeral services will follow at 11am at the funeral home.
