Saratoga Springs, NY Mr. Frank W. Grear, of Albany Street, passed away Tuesday (Dec. 27, 2011) at the Saratoga Hospital. He was 86. Born on Aug. 26, 1925 in Clemons, NY, he was a son of the late Chauncey and Thelma (Snoody) Grear and resided in this area for many years. Employed for 38 years as a heavy equipment operator at the Knolls Atomic Power Lab in West Milton, he retired in 1985 and was a longtime board member of the Maplewood Cemetery Association. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Theresa (DeWitt) Grear, one son, Roy F. Grear and a sister, Gloria Shaw. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Frank J. and Bernice (Benton) Grear of Saratoga Springs and a granddaughter, Tiffany Grear Aldrich of Galway. There will be no public calling hours. Friends and family are invited and may attend his graveside services at 12noon Friday (Dec. 30, 2011) at the family plot in Maplewood Cemetery, Weibel Avenue. The Rev. Neil Draves-Arpaia will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to a charity of ones choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J.
