Albany, NY- Georgia Rhea Bohnert Wagoner,65, passed away on January 16, 2023 after a valiant fight with cancer.

Georgia was born on June 5, 1957 in Colorado Springs, CO, to George Wesley Bohnert and Agnes Ava McDaniel Fish Bohnert Lanman.  She attended schools there and graduated from Coronado High School.  Georgia loved Colorado and often wore a T-shirt stating that fact.  (She married David Reynolds there and they had two children Phylicia and Jennifer.  They were later divorced).  She later married Ralph L. Wagoner and they spent 24 wonderful years together.  He recently (July, 2022) preceded her in death.  Before her illness, she worked at The Glen at Hiland Meadows. She lived an exciting and wonderful life.  Many loved her because of her kindness and caring for others.  She loved each and every person in her life.

Left to grieve their loss are her children, a brother, Arnold Fish and three sisters, Mable Fish Pavich, Coral Fish Fessenden and Ava Bohnert Mullins.  Also surviving Georgia are 2 granddaughters, Shayna Belak and Harleyanne Smith who she loved being with and brought her great joy.  Many cousins, family and friends and pet will also miss her.  She left all of us, but we know that she is free of all pain.  She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and an infant brother, John Wesley Bohnert.

Georgia was cremated and a grave side service will be held for her family at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY 12871. A gathering to celebrate her life is planned for Saturday 28th starting at 4:00 for family and friends.  Arrangements are under the direction of the William J.
