When her children were growing up she loved to be a second Mom to many of the "Crest" kids.  She loved to host gatherings at her house and entertain people.  Many enjoyable hours were devoted to her children's dance and sporting events. She continued that love and support spending time with her grandchildren that she considered her "seven little peanuts".

In retirement she and her husband loved to spend countless hours by their pool or at the beach. Their winters were spent in Florida and their summers in Saratoga.

Etta is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Richard (Dick) and their children Tracey (John) Bucher of Syracuse, Richard (Leanne) Lofink of Wilton, and Michael (Heather) Lofink of Ballston Spa; seven grandchildren, Shannon and Logan Bucher, Cole Galvin, M.J. and Dylan Lofink, Ella and Evan Lofink.
