Saratoga Springs, NY - Irene Bills peacefully passed away with family by her side on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the age 90. Born on March 21, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Alice and Charles Palm. She was a wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.

Irene was predeceased by her husband William Bills; son Lawrence (Larry) Bills; brother Edward Palm; and great granddaughter Kaitlin Bowman.

Survivors include her daughter Katherine (Kat) Clark and son-in-law Donald Clark of Saratoga Springs, NY; brothers Paul Palm (Dorothy) of Pennsylvania, Vernon Palm of North Carolina and John Palm of Florida; three granddaughters Christina (Krissy) Clark of Saratoga Springs, Teri Romano (Dominick) and Becky Manning (Jeff) of North Carolina; and five great grandchildren Haylei Bush, Colton Bush, Dominick Romano, Ava Romano and Elizbeth Manning.

Irene enjoyed attending Church Services every Sunday as well as her Bible Study group every Thursday at the Pine Grove Community Church. She also enjoyed reading, cooking, crossword puzzles, watching Nascar, shopping, going to the Symphony and Ballet at SPAC during the Summer, traveling to Florida and Maine and being with family.

Burial will be held at the family's convenience in the Spring.
