Obituary
Clifton Park, NY - Irwin Henry La Vine passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at St. Peters Hospital after a brief illness.
Born on June 27, 1930 in Albany NY, he was the son of the late Phillip and Rose La Vine. Irwin was a graduated of Albany High School and served in the Navy Reserves. He was a car salesman for Marsh Hallman Chevrolet for over 20 yrs. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating & spending time at the rifle range.
In addition to his parents, Irwin was predeceased by his wife, Diane and his sister, Ruth Levin.
Survivors include his son, Howard (Karen) and family; daughter Kim Colello; granddaughter Penni Colello (Rick Cossart) and great-grandchildren Vanessa and Ricky Cossart. Irwin is also survived by his cherished fur babies, Smokey & Monica.
Funeral services will be at 11am Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (518-584-5373). Burial will follow at Greenridge Cemetery, Lincoln Ave.
A Shiva service will be held Wednesday evening from 5-7pm at 49 Grant Hill Court, Clifton Park.
