Saratoga Springs, NY Janice H. Waring passed away Monday, Feb. 13, 2012 at Maplewood Manor. She was 79. Born on June 14, 1932 in Saratoga Springs, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Hazel Tessier Delay. She worked as an ATM supervisor for the Adirondack Trust Co. in Saratoga Springs. Janice loved to travel and socialize at local clubs. She was a devoted mother to her seven children and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Janice was a communicant of St. Clements Church. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, G. Philip Phil Waring, one son, Michael J. Waring, one sister, Catherine Zabala and her son-in-law, David Bradley. Survivors include her children, Sharon (Henry) Pennell of Maryland, Clare (Barney) Villa and Janice Waring-Bradley all of Saratoga Springs, Colonel Philip F. (Patricia) Waring of Maryland, David G. (Valerie) Waring and Walter J. Waring all of Saratoga Springs; siblings Walter Butch (Betsy) Delay and Carol Hickey all of Saratoga Springs; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30am Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012 at St. Clements Church, 231 Lake Ave. by the Very Rev. Paul J. Borowski, C. Ss.R.
