Saratoga Springs - Jean E. (Waring) Driscoll, formerly of Washington St., passed away Friday (Nov. 6, 2009) at St. Anne's Retirement Community in Columbia, PA. She was 95. Born on May 25, 1914 in Saratoga Springs, NY, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Agnes (Quinn)WaringSr. and was a graduate of Saratoga Springs High School. She was a homemaker all her life and a member of the Church of St. Peter. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Malcolm L. Driscoll, Sr.; two daughters, Marianna Burke and Kathleen Lynett; two brothers and two sisters, Harry Waring, Jr., Philip Waring, Eleanor Waring and Beverly Priester. Survivors include six children, Timothy P. (Margie) Driscoll of Media, PA, Eileen Ferguson of Maytown, PA, Jean Marie (Edward) Lindbergh of Massapequa Park, NY, Malcolm L. (Linda) Driscoll, Jr. of Syracuse, Rosemary Driscoll of Saratoga Springs and Joseph D.(Pamela) Driscoll of Schuylerville; two sisters, Elaine (William) Dunson and Audrey (Charles) Furey of Saratoga Springs; 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Friday in the Church of St. Peter, 241 Broadway, by the Rev. Father Neil Draves-Arpaia.
