Saratoga Springs - Jean E. Moseman formerly of Second Street died Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Maplewood Manor in Ballston Spa. She was 87. Born on August 25, 1921 in Schenectady, NY, she was the daughter of the late Christopher P. and Elizabeth Ranhoffer Sr. Jean was a graduate of the Saratoga Springs School District. She worked for many years as a private duty nurse, enjoyed reading and was a communicant of St. Clement's Church. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband Edward C. Moseman and one brother, Christopher P. Ranhoffer Jr. She is survived by one son, Edward Moseman of Saratoga Springs; one daughter, Deborah Moseman and one sister Mary Buswell, both of Ballston Spa and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am Monday, Oct. 20, 2008 at St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Ave. Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Peter's Cemetery, West Ave. Memorials may be made to Community Hospice of Saratoga, 179 Lawrence Street, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866.
