Saratoga Springs, NY - Jack Bruner Adam passed away Feburay 12, 2009 at Wesley Health Care Center. He was 88. Born in Philadelphia, PA on March 6, 1920 Jack spent his childhood in Exton, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late Robert and Margaret Oliver Adam. After high school Jack joined the Navy and was discharged in 1945. He married his loving wife, Eva Brinton in 1946. Jack owned and operated the Quary Diner in Avondale, Pennsylvania for 15 years. He then assumed the postion of lead chef for the Hollywood Diner Corporation that served eleven diners from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Ocean City, Delaware. Jack retired to Saratoga Springs with his wife in 1985 to be closer to his family. He enjoyed the Saratoga summer season, meeting and greeting many passerbys. Survivors include his son Richard, daughter in law Mary Ann and grand daugther Alyson all of Saratoga Springs. There will be no calling hours.
