Saratoga Springs, NY – Josephine F. Natale, 104 passed away at the Elderwood at North Creek on January 6, 2023.

Born on April 6, 1918 to the late Salvatore and Mary V. Matrazzo, Josephine was a lifelong resident of Saratoga Springs. She was the longest tenured member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas #422 and a former member of the ITAM Ladies Auxiliary.

Along with her parents, Josephine was predeceased by her husband John J. Natale; her sister Marian Welch; and her brother Bart Matrazzo. She is survived by her three sons John M. Natale of Queensbury, NY, Philip J. Natale (Michele) of Saratoga Springs, NY, and Joseph A. Natale of Durham, NC; grandchildren Paul, Sara, and Dr. Kristen, Lieutenant Colonel (US Army Reserves); and two great-grandchildren Arianna and Levi.

Relatives and friends may call from 4-7pm, Friday, January 13, 2023 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 (518-584-5373). The Catholic Daughters of the Americas will meet at 4:30PM for their service.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am, Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the Historic Church of St. Peter, 241 Broadway.

Burial will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, West Ave.
