Saratoga Springs, NY – Judy C. Parks passed away April 28, 2024 at Saratoga Hospital. Born Judy Carole Stevens on February 20, 1941 in Saratoga Springs, NY, she was a lifelong resident. Judy attended and graduated school in Saratoga Springs.

Judy was married to Allen J. Parks on August 14, 1960. She worked for Skidmore College for many years, where she retired. Judy loved horse racing in Saratoga Springs in August.

She was predeceased by her husband Allen J. Parks; two brothers: William Stevens and James Stevens; and a sister Barbara Nelson. Judy is survived by two sons: Scott Parks and Dwayne Parks both of Saratoga Springs; one daughter Lori Parks of Wilton; and a granddaughter Sophie Parks of Wilton.
