Julia F. Raleigh, 92, a resident of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away peacefully on September 23, 2023. Julia married John Raleigh in 1955 and they were happily married until his death in 2020.

Predeceased by her husband, John; her parents, Nora and Stephen Finnerty; her sisters, Mary (Clifford) Smith, Patricia (Mario) Prioletti, Rita (Jack) Mollen, Margaret (Thomas) Wiley, Helen (Richard) Moehlmann and her daughter-in-law Erin. Julia is survived by her sons, Peter Raleigh, (Mary) of Warwick, NY; Mark Raleigh  of Saratoga Springs, NY and Ted Raleigh of Annapolis, MD;  her grandchildren, Catherine (Michael) Collado of Wallkill, NY, Kevin Raleigh of Seattle, WA, Peter Raleigh, Warwick, NY, Aedan Raleigh of Astoria, NY and Nora Raleigh of Annapolis, MD; and great grandchildren Michael and John Collado.

A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023, 9:30AM at St. Martin De Porres Church on Cedar Valley Road in the Town of Poughkeepsie, NY. A private interment at Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY.
