Saratoga Springs, NY – Katherine "Kathy" E. Clark, 68 passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022. The daughter of the late Richard and Marie (Beagle) Wait, Kathy graduated from Saratoga High School in 1972.

Following high school she began working at Ellsworth Ice Cream and later met her husband of 33 years, Randy while working at Gideon Putnam. Kathy eventually worked in the café at Skidmore College until her retirement. She was a multitalented entertainer having many other personas and hobbies, including being a professional clown: Daffney the Clown; a ventriloquist; guitar, fiddle, and harmonica player; and singer. Kathy was in a band "Country Sunshine" about 40 years ago.

She loved to give little gifts to people, simply to make them happy. She would randomly give bracelets out to people, especially those who have helped her. She was creative in her ways of giving back and showing she appreciated others, like giving tips out "origami style" at restaurants, and always doing extra to make people happy. Kathy was not easily forgotten by those she met.

In addition to her parents, Kathy was predeceased by her brother William Farr.

Kathy is survived by her husband Randy Clark; son Edgar V. White, III (Sarah Hastings) of Tennessee; her granddaughter Izzabella Rain White; Annemarie White; brother Thomas Farr and sister Darlene Pearsall (Robert).

Her family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff on floor A3 at Saratoga Hospital.

A celebration of life will be held at 11am Saturday March 5, 2022 at the Faith Bible Baptist Church, 62 Ogden Road, Queensbury, NY.
