Saratoga Springs, NY - Kelly Ann Hartford (nee Pastor) was a caring mother, grandmother, and friend. She passed away with her kids by her side on August 12, 2023 at age 60.

She was born to Gail and Albert Pastor on July 18, 1963 in Saratoga Springs. After finishing high school, Kelly attended Syracuse University, where she graduated—the first in her family to do so—with a degree in Accountancy.

She was formerly married to John Hartford, the father of her two children—Laura and Jake. As the matriarch of a military family, Kelly crisscrossed the country every few years. Although she established lifelong friendships in all the places she lived, Saratoga was always her home.

Kelly will be remembered as a passionate volunteer in her kids' schools and sports program, a proud member of the Save the Victoria Pool Society, a devourer of books, and a doting Nana to her grandson, Nolan.

An open celebration of life is scheduled for 1 to 4pm on September 30th, 2023 at the Victoria Pool in Saratoga Spa State Park. Those who wish to celebrate Kelly's life are invited to drop in during these hours. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Albany Medical Center on her behalf.
