Saratoga Springs, NY - Kendall Cahill Lloyd passed away Tuesday (May 26, 2009) at Saratoga Hospital, following a short illness. She was 55. Born on Jan. 13, 1954 in Norwalk, CT, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Nancy VanSwearingen Cahill, was a 1971 graduate of Ballston Spa High School and worked as a waitress at Shirley's Restaurant for 27 years. She loved her sons, grandsons, nieces and nephews and enjoyed gardening and quilting. Kendall was always a bright spot in her family's lives. Survivors include her husband Robert Lloyd of Saratoga Springs; two sons, Erin Lloyd and Kyle Lloyd and his wife Sarah; two grandsons, Robert and Charles Lloyd all of Saratoga Springs, brothers and sisters; Chris and Ethna Cahill of Woodstock, Kim and Leslie Kealy of Wilton, Kerry and Nancy Cahill of Ballston Spa, Candice and William Duell of Corinth, Susan and Reginald "Skip" Neuwein of Enterprise, Alabama; her mother-in-law, Jean Lloyd of Saratoga Springs; her close friend, Bruce Briggs and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 5pm Sunday (May 31, 2009) at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (584-5373). Funeral services will be conducted at 11am Monday at the Burke Funeral Home, by the Rev'd. Canon Thomas T. Parke, Rector of Bethesda Episcopal Church.
