Saratoga Springs, NY - Kenneth H. Harrington passed peacefully unto the Lord on Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2011 with his loving wife by his side at Albany Medical Center. He was 67. Born on Nov. 1, 1943 in Saratoga Springs, he was the son of the late John Harrington and Bertha Donor. Ken loved camping, working on anything that involved a motor and his dogs. He will be dearly missed by all. In addition to his parents, Ken is predeceased by his siblings, Al, Lawrence, Earl (Pete) VanEpps, Tommy, Ella Crandall and Esther Kennedy. Ken leaves behind his loving wife Sandra Jean (Allen) Harrington; his children, Donna (Scott) Lourie, Kenneth (Karissa) Harrington, Jr. and Terry Harrington (Bill Smith). He always had a special place in his heart for his grandchildren, Bambi, Fawn, Cody, Nikki, Kirk, Kory, Kyler, and Kayloni, they were the light of his life. He is also survived by his great grandchildren, Cameron, Layla, Gianna, Kassie, Austin and Karlee; his brothers John and Robert Red Harrington and his favorite sister, Joan Allen Harrington whom he always loved to steal a dance with. Relatives and friends may call from 4 to 6pm Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (584-5373).
