IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kristy Collins
Plummer
March 11, 1977 – April 19, 2022
Saratoga Springs, NY - Kristy Collins Plummer was called by our Lord on April 19, 2022 surrounded by loved ones including her loving husband, Craig and pug, Jesse.
Kristy was born to Donald and Karen Collins on March 11, 1977 the 3rd of 4 children. In 1994, she attended Interlochen Arts Academy and graduated from Saratoga Springs High School in 1995. In 1999, Kristy graduated cum laude with a major in Psychology and a minor in ceramics from Skidmore College. She then attended Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan for one year.
Kristy always had a love and talent for art. She was an amazing ceramicist and spent many days and nights in Skidmore's ceramic studio. Just like her grandmother, Kristy was an outstanding baker. She enjoyed sharing her beautiful creations on her Facebook page, Edible Laughter and Love. She especially loved baking for her niece and nephews some of which referred to her lovingly as Aunt Titi. Her muffins and coffee cake were some of their favorites. Kristy's love for others showed in her volunteer work with Saratoga Hospice as a patient care volunteer.
As long as the weather permitted, Kristy loved to spend time with her husband, Craig, and dog, Jesse, on their boat. They would spend most of the summer staying on their boat on the Hudson River. This was Kristy's happy place, she loved being on the water with Craig and Jesse.
Kristy was truly one of the kindest and "sweetest" people you could ever meet. Even sweeter than the amazing baked goods she made for those she loved.
Kristy is survived by her husband Craig Alan Plummer of Greenfield Center, adorable Pug Jesse, her parents D. Alan and Karen Collins of Saratoga Springs, her sister Kara Collins of Saratoga Springs, her brothers Daniel (Andrea) Collins of Saratoga Springs and David (Stephanie) Collins of Greenfield Center, her niece and nephews Dylan Collins, Ethan Collins, Abigail Collins, Godson Carson Collins, Godson Alex Collins, Jayden Collins, and Jesse Collins.
Kristy was predeceased by her grandparents, Donald and Betty Collins and Charles and Sylvia Bauersfeld, and her cousin, Michal Longe Matthews all of Saratoga Springs.
Kristy's family would like to thank her hospice nurse Danielle for the care and compassion she gave to Kristy.
