Kyong C (Kim) Rutsky, 77, of Crestview, Florida, passed away at home on October 3, 2023 after a long illness. Her husband Joseph was by her side.

Kim was born on December 17, 1945 in South Korea. She had two brothers and one sister. She met Joe in Seoul Korea while Joe was stationed at Osan Air Force Base. They were married on December 30, 1966. Before retiring to Crestview, Kim and Joe made Saratoga Springs their home for 37 years.

Kim retired from Espey Manufacturing after 35 years of service with the Company. Besides working and raising her family, Kim was an avid gardener. She loved to cook, bake, and was talented in many crafts. She also loved to dance. Family was everything to Kim.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Joseph; and three sons: Joseph (Peggy) Rutsky of Saratoga Springs, NY, James Y (Annie) Rutsky of Latham, NY, and Kenneth H Rutsky of Brunswick, NY; 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

A private service for family will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at William J. Burke and Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 N. Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY (518-584-5373) with burial to follow at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kim's name to the Emerald Coast Hospice in Crestview, Florida.
