Saratoga Springs, NY - Laura M. Hogan of York Avenue, passed away Friday (March 5, 2010) at the Wesley Health Care Center. She was 94. Born on Oct. 30, 1915 in Ballston Spa, she was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth LaSoska. Laura was a loving and dedicated housewife, always putting family first. She was a communicant of St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, Laura was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, John M. Hogan, Sr., who passed away Jan. 30, 2003. Survivors include her daughter, Laura Lorraine Hickey (husband, Robert) of North Windham, ME; her son, John M. Hogan Jr. (his wife, Erin) of Saratoga Springs; one sister, Helen Hogan of Saratoga Springs; seven grandchildren, Susan Hickey, Laura Joyce, Robert Hickey Jr., John M. Hogan III, Matthew S. Hogan, Daniel Hogan and Michael P. Hogan; thirteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am Monday (Mar. 8, 2010) in St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Avenue. There are no calling hours. Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Peter's Cemetery, West Ave. Pallbearers will be John M. Hogan III, Matthew S. Hogan, Daniel K. Hogan, Michael P. Hogan and Robert G. Hickey. Memorials may be made in her name to St. Clement's Regional Catholic School, 231 Lake Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J.
