Hudson Falls - Lila Louise (Mallory) Brill 90, peacefully passed away after a short illness on June 21, 2024 at Glens Falls Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grand mother, sister and friend.

Lila was born in North Hebron, NY on October 1, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Viola (Birch) Mallory.  After many years of traveling Lila and her loving husband, Malcom Brill settled in Hudson Falls, NY. Lila was proud to be the supervisor of the Housekeeping and Laundry department at Pleasant Valley Infirmary in Argyle, NY. She also enjoyed driving truck with her husband (Mac) for many years. Lila enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, bowling, doing needlework and camping.

Lila is survived by her husband, Malcom Brill of 46 years; daughter, Lila (Sissie) Barry and husband, Scott of Dunedin, Florida; sons, Robert Plude, Jr. and wife, Jennifer of Frederick, MD, Kevin Jarvis and wife, Sabrena of Fort Valley, GA, Lester Jarvis and wife, Nancy of Weirsdale, FL; step-children, Melanie DeGeorgis and husband, Dave of Pittsfield, MA, Keith Brill of Pittsfield, MA,

Elise Nicholson and late husband, Tom of Leeds, England, Leland Brill and wife, Patty of Saratoga Springs, NY; brother, Richard Mallory and wife, Ruth of Whitehall, NY.   Lila had a large family and is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 14 step-grandchildren and 15 step-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Lila is predeceased by her children, William Jarvis (wife Pearl surviving), Harold (Pete) Jarvis, Jeffery Jarvis (wife Lillian surviving), step-daughter, Nanette Levy; sisters, Francis Plude and husband, Richard, Ruth Martindale and husband, Harold (Toot), and Luella Dickinson and husband, Ernie Dickinson; brothers, George Mallory, Roy Mallory, Charles (Peanut) Mallory, Sidney Mallory, Jimmy Mallory, John Mallory; her lifelong best friends, Pat and (Jobie surviving).

Burial will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, June 28, 2024 at Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road Schuylerville, NY, please arrive at 1:50pm.
