Obituary
Saratoga Springs - Linda (Woolley) DeMartino passed away October 11, 2017 at home. She was born February 4, 1948 to the late Kenneth W. Woolley and Helen R. (Barnes) Woolley.
Linda worked for many years at General Foods where she made many great friends. After retiring from General Foods she worked at the Saratoga Harness Track as a security guard. Linda touched many lives with her contagious laugh, great advice and her wisdom. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and companion.
Linda was preceded in death by her brothers, Kenneth, Donald and Carl Woolley.
She is survived by her Sweetheart Delfino Gomez (of 36 years), her son Gerard Joseph King Jr, her grandchildren; Gerard (Priscilla) King III, Brittni (Joshua) Weis, her nieces and nephews; Kenneth (Julia) Woolley Jr., Katrina (Jim) Keohane, Ed (Julie) Woolley, Helen (Jim) Sarro, Deanna and Michael Tracey. Linda is also survived by two sister's-in-law, Rebecca Woolley and Roberta Woolley, and 8 great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to Dr. DelGiacco for being such a great doctor and friend to Linda.
The family will receive friends from 12:30pm to 1pm, Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017 at the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing and Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (518-584-5373). Services will be follow at 1pm at the Burke Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
Following the committal service at Maplewood Cemetery, a Celebration of Life will be held at ITAM, 247 Grand Ave., Saratoga Springs.
