Saratoga, NY- Linda Jean (Jones) Thomas passed away Saturday November 12, 2022 with her beloved husband, daughter, brother-in-law and son-in-law by her side. Born on September 23, 1947 in Suffern, NY. She was the daughter to the late John F and Elizabeth A Jones Jr of Garnerville, NY. She graduated from Haverstraw Stony Point High School in Rockland Country, NY in 1965. She married her high school sweet-heart William R.F. Thomas Jr on November 9, 1969. Linda and Bill started their family in Rockland County, NY before moving to Saratoga NY in 1988, where they raised their daughter. Linda and Bill were happily married for 53 years.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, William R.F. Thomas Jr of Gansevoort, NY and her daughter Susan L. Power, son-in-law, Kevin D Power Jr. her 3 adoring grandsons, Kevin III, Ethan and Owen Power; her brother-in-law, Robert (Judith) Thomas.  As well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.

Linda is predeceased by her loving parents, sister, Carol Culwell, bother, John Jones III, in-laws, William R.F. and Mildred E Thomas, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Linda loved gardening, ceramics and traveling. Her passion was to take care of her loved ones. Her husband, Bill was the center of her life and her three grandsons were the apples of her eye.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, November 18, 2022 from 4-7pm at the William J. Burke & Sons/ Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Home, 628 N. Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday November 19, 2022 at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the following charities, American Heart Association, National Kidney Fountain, National Breast Cancer Foundation and American Diabetes Association in Linda's name.
