Ballston Spa, NY - After a brief struggle, Logan Jacob DeLoriea entered eternal rest on Friday December 12, 2008. Logan Jacob was born earlier the same day at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. Surviving Logan Jacob are his parents Ronald and Julie DeLoriea; his siblings Kaila Marie DeLoriea, Jaden Peterson and Noah Edward DeLoriea; grandparents Barbara Ann LeBarron and the late Donald DeLoriea, Yolanda Mata and the late Jesse Mata; aunts and uncles Kathleen (Darryl) Fitzgerald, David DeLoriea, Timothy DeLoriea, Lori Chamberlain and Jesse Matta; as well as a vast and loving group of family and friends. Services were held on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at St. Clement's Church. Burial followed at Greenridge Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff of the Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, especially Dr. Alejandro Pinheiro for the amazing care and compassion received by Logan Jacob and his family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Albany Medical Center Children's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, 47 New Scotland Ave., Albany, NY 12208 in memory of Logan Jacob.
