Saratoga Springs, NY – Louise M. (D'Andrea) Falkenbury passed away Sunday (Sept. 10, 2017) at Saratoga Hospital. She was 94.

Born on Jan 1, 1923 in Elizabeth, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Jean (Farone) D'Andrea.

A member of St. Clement's Church, she was a dedicated volunteer worker for the local soup kitchen and during her lifetime was a generous blood donor for the American Red Cross. Along with her late husband, Lt. Col. (Ret.) R. Douglas Falkenbury, she traveled the world during his military career.  Before her travels took her far away, Louise worked as a waitress at Colamaria's Restaurant and a clerk at F.W. Woolworth.  Upon her return to Saratoga, Louise was often found helping her brother Faust at the former D'Andrea's Liquor store.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by four brothers, John, Alfred, Frank and Domenic D'Andrea, Jr. and her sisters Angela D'Andrea, Rosemary Carr and Elvira Stanley.

Survivors include her sister Anita Piedimonte and brothers Faust, Joseph, Louis and Robert A. D'Andrea, as well as her many nieces, nephews, cousins and their children.  Her family was Louise's true passion in life.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am Friday in St. Clement's Church, 231 Lake Ave. and burial will follow in the family plot at St. Peter's Cemetery, West Ave.
