Saratoga Springs, NY - Louise Hubbs, age 94, formerly of Centereach NY. Bohemia NY and Quaker Street NY, died on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Saratoga Hospital following a brief illness.

Louise is survived by her children Jeanne (Arthur) of East Islip, NY, Kathy (Frank) of Middle Grove, NY and Richard (Pam) of Eagle Bridge NY; her grandchildren Dana (Andrew), Kyle, Olivia, Jeb and Matthew; as well as her brothers Fred (Irene), Charlie (the late Helen) and the late Henry (the late Maureen).

Louise worked at Gibby's Diner for 17 years in Quaker Street and attended her knitting group weekly, something she always loved to do. Her work in her gardens also kept her busy as did her word search puzzle books.

Her love and devotion for her children and grandchildren was very special to her and will be forever cherished.  Vacations to Florida, Canada and Alaska were some of the highlights of her later years.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Saratoga Hospital, The Wesley Community, The Home of the Good Shepherd and The Bristol for the care they provided Louise.

A burial at Washington Memorial Park will be held on Thursday, December 21 at 10:00 commencing at the funeral parlor, burial will begin at 11am.
