Obituary
Saratoga Springs – Lynn D. Soave, 64, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Albany Medical Center. She is the daughter of the late Lawrence and Dorothy (Weir) Craven. She and her husband of 44 years, Vito, are the proud owners of Soave Faire and Office Supply on Broadway.
A graduate from SUNY New Paltz, Lynn was a true artist. She loved everything that life had to offer. Whether it was traveling, boating, feeding birds or squirrels, or spending time at the ocean, Lynn found a way to smile and be happy. Another passion was helping others. Lynn dedicated time to helping those in need and especially found time to help local food banks.
She was a lifelong member of Christ Episcopal Church, Ballston Spa.
In addition to her loving husband, Lynn is survived by her brother Larry Craven of Oakland, CA, and many cousins.
Relatives and friends may call from 1pm to 2:30pm on Friday, April 14, 2017 at the William J. Burke & Sons / Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Home, 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs.
A funeral service will be celebrated at 2:30, immediately following calling hours, by The Rev. Derik Justin Roy, Jr., Rector. Following the funeral service, Lynn will be laid to rest in Dunning Street Cemetery, Malta.
Following in Lynn's dedication to helping those in need, memorial donations can be made to the Estherville Animal Shelter (100 Russell Rd, Greenfield Center, NY 12833) or Christ Episcopal Church (15 W High St, Ballston Spa, NY 12020).
